1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Kiss App platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use kiss app services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Residing in a geographic region where the use of this platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Has never been banned or blocked from using the kiss app platform previously.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account only. Owning more than one account is a violation of our terms and may result in all accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

Kiss app accepts a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members:

Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set, except for limits imposed by your own bank or e-wallet provider. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation being received by our system.

Kiss app does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own charges that are beyond our control.

4 Withdrawal of Winnings

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All bonuses received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
